Splitcoaststampers Challenge

Splitcoaststampers is a web community for stampers and scrapbookers. Enthusiastic stampers can share galleries of their projects and take part in challenges. They have categories for each day and under that category a new challenge is started every week. Like Monday's has categories- Try a new Technique and Clean and Simple Cards. So every week someone starts a thread with the challenge under each category and you can make cards as per the challenge and upload them and share with everyone.

This is a pic of the Wednesday Sketch Challenge (from few weeks back).
My version of the sketch.

Cardstock: River Rock, Always Artichoke, Very Vanilla

Ink: Always Artichoke, Versamark, Cherry Cobbler, Chocolate Chip

Stamp: Greenhouse Garden, A Word for You

Accessories: Flourish Texture Plate (the artichoke paper has been through Big Shot-although can not be seen in the pic)

The ribbon, Clear Embossing Powder and White Rhinestones are NON-SU! (Inspite of being an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I like using NON-SU embellishments :D)

After I was done making the card, I was not sure I liked what I had done. I love the layout design... but now the card is growing on me.

So I had a slow Monday, just this 1 card... but will be back with a bang tomorrow.

Until then,

Happy Krafting =)
